I knew he was a real character but never heard all the stuff in this article.

After all my years in the business one of my greatest regrets is never having seen Willie and Family.

It's good (?) to see that the mainstream media aren't the only ones who don't write accurately about firearms.

A thief and a pimp, now romanticized. Anyone who likes this character shouldn't say anything bad about rap.

My wife loves Willie. We have to see him every time he comes to town. It's been a year or so since the last time. Even at his age and with his COPD affecting his delivery he still puts on a heck of a show.

I guess I've been to at least 8 Willie Nelson concerts. Beginning probably about 1974. Last time was probably late 80s. I didn't like a whole lot of his music after 1990 or so.

Somewhere I still have a bumper sticker that says something like "Willie Nelson for President.Paul English-Vice"

RIP. When I was a kid my mom took me and my brother to see a couple of Willie Nelson concerts here in Waco back in the 70s, one was before Red Headed Stranger came out and he was popular and a large crowd, the other was after the album came out and he was VERY popular and a huge crowd with David Allan Coe as the opening act.
