I got this in an e mail today and I'll thank every military person I see with this simple sign. I'm a Vietnam era vet 1965-1971 and I'm sure there are many other vets on this forum that would like to "pay it foward" to the men and woman that are doing it every day.

Thanks, I am guilty of failing to do so because I just don't know how to approach our servicemen and women.

I sent the link to a lot of family and friends too.

Having a son about to deploy for the 3rd time, I will use this with a vengeance.

Just walk up and say thanks..it's easy...and appreciated.

When I wear my uniform in Memorial Day and Veterans Day activities, it's really a nice feeling when someone walks up and says thanks.

I never got that back in the 60's when I was on active duty. So I ALWAYS try to do it now.
