Tomorrow would be the perfect day to go all out and kill as many high level Al Qaeda and Taliban types as possible, just to keep 'em scared.
Probably won't happen though...

Today would be a good day to pull out all of the stops.I believe that our military and the CIA do this pretty much every day now, as best as they can.
I've always seen this as a purely technical exercise, like clearing Iwo Jima. It's simply a matter of killing as many of them as possible for as long as necessary, with the least possible losses to ourselves, until there aren't any more of them.If we allowed the Generals and the fighting men to do their jobs and not having the politicians and too many other brass hats in the way that maybe we could have dealt with this vermin by now.
It's a shame that it literally took years to get reliable torpedoes to do it.Admiral Chester Nimitz for example ordered his sub command to sink anything flying a japanese flag, whether it was a junk or an aircraft carrier.
The perfect metaphor for this fight is the movie "Tombstone". When you go after the women and children, the gloves come off and don't come back on til one side's eliminated. On 09/12/01, Bush should have said, "Tell bin Laden I'm coming and hell's coming with me."There are far too many "rules" in this conflict. The Taliban, AQ and the rest of them all chose to break these rules by targeting civilians.
