The 625-6 V Comp has been a grail gun of mine for a very long time. This -8 to me though,is the next best thing and will just have to do. I was thumbing through the SCSW 4th for some background information and came up empty. There is a paragraph on the -6 and it’s features, but no mention on the later -8.
The spent casing envelope is dated 12-10-03 and the serial number is RVCxxxx. One source I came across gave the Product Code as 170238, but I have not been able to confirm that. Neither the RVC prefix or that product code are found in the SCSW.
Just wondering if anyone else has had better luck with this particular model and could maybe shed some light. I’m especially curious to know if they were again an RSR exclusive and how many were made.
