Congrats, I'd say that's more than a fair deal on that gun. Funny that when I looked at the GB ad, the seller makes every effort to conceal that it has the internal frame lock. You got every camera angle except the uninterrupted left side view.

The 3rd pic with the cylinder open clearly shows the lock above the cylinder latch.

Please enlighten me on these locks? Why does everyone seem to have such a distaste for them?

I have no idea. I love them. I think it adds value to the gun and also lets me lock them all up so everything is safe and secure.
