PC 945-40 Anybody got one?

I have a hankering to buy a PC 945-40. Does anyone have one and if so how does it shoot? If you have one and don't like it or don't shoot it let me know and I just may take it off your hands. I have a 4" and 5" 945 that are great shooters.

I think that Robert in Mass has one. He is probably around here somewhere.

I don't have one but I do have a 945-1.

The 945-40 is another fantastic pistol.

Best grouping was 1.40" inches at 25 yards (10 shots) in one of the magazine tests.

I have one, but you can't have it. If you are lucky enough to find one, buy it, according to S and W there were less than 200 made. Rep told me that 196 were delivered to their distributor. I have #0046. It is extremely accurate and a pleasure to shoot.

Great carry piece. It shoots just like any other 945 that I have fired, perfectly.
Good balance, little recoil, etc.

You are in luck, there is one on GB right now. They surely don't come around very often.

Just looked at the on GB. Looks to be new, or if not very close with the box. Will have to watch and see what it goes for. Already over $200 more than I paid for mine 6 months ago. Times are getting scary !!

Got mine in March of 2010. Paid to much at $1650. but excellant gun, and I do now have one. Best single action 40 ever made. I was actually suprised, as after I bought it, S&W still had new factory mags for it. Mine is number 153, and has aftermarket sight, with orginals in case.

Not sure how much you want to spend, but Gander Mountain does have one available.
