Not a computer "Geek" so tonight was sort of an interesting event.

I was trying to print out a page on my HP printer and was getting
all kinds of error messages and for some odd reason I could not get the paper to "Stop" and it would just keep on dropping in the back of the printer.

After six tries, the wife comes in and tells me that "Her" printer is printing out all kinds of stuff and if I know what is going on.

Not a clue.

What the heck is happening?

I might have to call up my PC guy and have him charge me $90
to fix the problem, to where my printer does the work ?

Weird.

Turn everything off, and then back on again. It sounds like your computer has established a wireless connection with your wife's computer. Is it your stuff on her printer?

Another possibility is that you have a neighbor who has just acquired a similar printer and has somehow attached his machine to your network.

What you have described sounds like a problem with the document you are trying to print.

Ruling that out, if you are using Windows, go to Settings, the Printer section and make sure the printer you are using is set for the default printer. Then go to the program you are trying to print from and make sure it is trying to print through the same printer.
