PC Shield trigger pin walking

I have a PC Shield I went to the range and the pin behind the take down lever has come unseated. I pushed the pin back in but was wondering if this is an issue with others? On a relatively expensive firearm you would not expect this, on a SCCY or Kel Tec maybe.

850+ trouble free rounds on my PC Shield 9, so far nothing mechanical or ammo related to worry about.
Actually i dont recall seeing anything related to your trouble, obviously that doesnt mean others havent shared your concern.

How many rounds on yours when this happened?

Seem to remember one thread, several months ago, where that happened to someone. Not at all common around here.

Call S & W and send it back. It's never happened to my Shield and if it did back it would go.

It's not rare to sometimes see the trigger pin drift a little bit (to the left, since it's a "headed" pin). It can happen with the larger M&P's, too. The takedown lever keeps it from shifting very far. It's simple to push it back in.

Now, if one of the coil pins start to "walk" out one or the other side of the frame, call S&W so they have the gun returned to replace the pin.

Just a little off topic here, but when the original poster said relatively expensive, I just saw them on Sale at Cabelas for $424....to me that seems like a reasonably priced firearm. What are most folks paying for this gun?
