Perfect Compliment to the M&P 15-22?

Yes I have been waiting for this gun to come out, S&W said early February – I live in Ca. so I think I will have to wait longer until it goes on the approve Handgun list.

****, I just bought an ISSC 22lr pistol. I guess I'll just have to buy this one too.

I have been looking at the P22. I think I would wait until it has been through it's paces before getting this though, right? It looks really nice though.

There is that, or send it back to get bugs out- If there are any.

I've already got, and LOVE my P22. I don't have big ol meat hook hands and this thing feels perfect to me. Personally, I too would wait at least a year before pickin up a semi-auto 22lr pistol as a lot of them have issues and some have issues it seems just never get ironed out. There's just less room for error when it comes to a semi auto 22lr pistol as they can't rely on all the pressure of centerfire pistols. Plus, I don't wanna go through the hassle of having to send back what I paid good money for so they can fix things which costs me time and shooting time....and to me, I just think my P22 just looks so much nicer and more comfortable.

By the way, it's complEment, not complIment.

Not that it matters.... guns are all that matter. :p

I just picked up an M&P 15-22 yesterday (6th gun in two weeks), and I still want the M&P22. :)

If it is more reliable than the Walther and the Sig I will most-likely be picking one up.

Oh yeah, whoops. Errr....How can you not compiment this rifle? :D

I have a P22 also, but I do have big meathook hands, so a full-size frame is making me think I want to trade my P22 in for this.

I'd love to get one to go with my 15-22 MOE. For now, I just have the GSG 1911 .22LR tactical pistol. It's fun to shoot and runs great.

I haven't heard of Walther P22's having issues since the early models came out. All that's now ironed out.

When I first ordered mine, I never did an initial cleaning and over the next year put almost 1200 rounds through it before it finally got so dirty, the slide started having issues loading that first round. But after that, it was always bang bang bang. Of course, do yourself a favor with any 22lr semi-auto pistol, run CCI mini mags (40grainers). The 36 grainer hollow points don't consistantly load in some of them (although mine eats it). So now, I just clean it about every 800 rounds and I've had a whopping two or three ftf's (since 09 when I got it) which when reloaded popped every time.

The Mosquito also does fine, but is a Mini Mag only shooter to keep it happy.
