Just joined up. Reside in Michigan now. I learned my "gun craft" in the Marine Corps as a young man. Two tours in Vietnam as a grunt. Have held a variety of civilian jobs after being honorably discharged, including private security for an entertainer in Las Vegas awhile back. Getting a bit gray around the nosehairs nowadays. I don't have much hair on top anymore, which is why the nosehairs were mentioned.
I own two S&W revolvers at this time, amongst the many other brands and types of firearms I possess.
My older piece, purchased used in 1980 from a pawn shop, is the first sidearm I ever bought. It is a K-frame square-butt Model 13-2 "FBI" .357 Magnum with 4" pinned barrel, non-adjustable sights, 3 screw sideplate, and Pachmayr grips already installed.
My new piece, purchased used from a private owner just last year (2014), is a J-frame round-butt Model 351PD .22 Magnum with 2" barrel, 7 round cylinder, Scandium frame, non-adjustable sights, 3 screw sideplate, and Hogue Monogrip (rubberized). I have since replaced the Hogue grip with smaller generic laminated J-frame grips.
I have other handguns, but none of them are Smith & Wesson products.
