Picked it up today, hope it's a good little plinker. I've got a whopping $125 into the whole package. Not a bad looking 22 in my opinion. Whaddaya think ??? Maybe I'll shoot it tomorrow....... Shoo

I take it they got your NICS check straightened out? How did that happen so quickly, usually it is pretty long and draw out process.

Hi Steave, I guess a supervisor called back and said the person that did the check made a mistake, and then the person in customer service backed up the original mistaken decision. Once the supervisor looked into it they realized they were in error. At least they were sincerely apologetic. So, I went and added it to my permit today, brought it home and gave it a good cleaning, and then fitted the target barrel. I'm happy with the purchase so far, let's see how it shoots now.
Had to just drool over all the S&W revolvers my buddy had. I really wanted the Model 13 .357 4" he had, priced at just $299.
Also, you should have your Shooboy Hammer in a couple of days, went out today, thanks, Shoo

Waiting for your range report. It looks like a fun gun.

Shot the Phoenix Arms .22 today. Ran like a champ on Federal bulk ammo from Walmart, no failures whatsoever. Had a few fail to loads trying out Winchester Xpert ammo also from Walmart. Great little plinker, the cans I was shooting didn't stand a chance ! I recommend this little .22 to anyone looking for a very inexpensive little pistol that anyone can shoot, and it has plenty of safties to keep the fun shooting safe. You can probably find one of these for about $100 or so. Thanks, Shoo
