Photobucket help.

I have been using Photobucket for several years. Well my computer died and I am using my wife's laptop and have signed in to Photobucket. When I click on the upload button it doesn't ask where I want to upload the pictures from. Can anyone help? Don

Do you get the green bar that says, "Select photos and videos?" You'd click on that bar.

Some thoughts: 1 - Refresh the page to see if that green bar appears on the reload. 2 - If you put your cursor on the spot where the bar SHOULD be, does it let you click on it? 3 - Have you tried to use the bulk uploader as a work-around?

I went to Help and searched "Chrome." Might be something there to help, but I'm not savvy enough to know.

Notice that there are links in the above help thread that explain how to do it. Make sure you log off from photobucket and go to another site before clearing the cache.
