I tried to log in and load some photos. When I hit upload it defaults to FACEBOOK and requires another login and then a
SECURITY CERTIFICATE alert takes over and can not get past it.
How does one contact PHOTOBUCKET and advise of their problems?
They seem to be able to spam me ever day with offers but can not keep the site running !!!

Yup, Same thing has been happening to me since yesterday! ******* photobocket!

Our account is working fine but I have never used the facebook link. I uploaded a pic and that worked fine too.

To submit a help request you have to go to the main page and scroll all the way to the bottom. Under help, click on any article. At the bottom of the article it will say, if you are still experiencing problems "contact us" and it will bring you to a form to fill out and submit your problem. You will get an auto response and then someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

I quit using Photobucket some time ago. Constant problems and intrusive ads. I now use Flickr or Picturetrail, depending on what I need it for.
 
It was working fine for me yesterday. I uploaded a few photos, and posted a few, no probs.
 
I tried again this AM and got same results as last nigh. I can get into my account but when I try to upload another screen appears that requires I login again. When I try I get a SECURITY CERTIFICATE alert that will not go away.
I emailed PHOTOBUCKET last night and I am waiting for an answer.
Could the ones that are having no problems advise which browser you are using?
I am using INETERNET EXPLORER

If you read the how to fix everything article I posted a link for, they recommend that people use Chrome. That is what works best. It is also helpful to clear your cache. If you go through the reasonable steps they recommend it might clear your problem.
 
...I've been having problems too...trying to upload from the page that it opens to resulted in repeated appearances of the login screen...last time I got it to work I had to go to my library page and then upload from there...who knows what will happen next time...I use Chrome and clear my cache every time I shutdown...

I DID ALL THE THINGS LISTED IN PROBLEM SOLVING PAGE INCLUING INSTALLING CHROME. THE SECURITY CERTIFICATE DOES NTO APPEAR BUT ADDITIONAL LOG IN PAGE APPEARS, NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I ENTER MY USER AND PASSWORD I CAN NOT UPLOAD.
I HAVE SENT 3 EMAILS TO PHOTOBUCKET NO REPLY.

...go to your LIBRARY page and try uploading from there with the white upload button with the cloud on it...that's the only way I could upload last time...
 
Mine is slow, but works with my PB credentials. The seem to be getting a bit better at bypassing the adblockers but it's not too bad yet.

Last night I had a devil of a time trying to upload a pic into my Photobucket account. I stayed the course and finally was able to do the upload. Glad I was Tenacious.
