I picked these up yesterday. I admit I didn't like the original grips that came with the 327. I switched them out for the rubber Hogue without the finger grooves. These seem to work for me though. I guess those medallions just make them more tolerable or maybe their just a tad smaller. The Magna's are nice, but I don't have a SB N frame......yet.

BTW, I paid $30 for both of them.

You got a pretty good deal.

Thanks, I had no idea the Hogue medallion grips where available. I had to do a search. Early 90's? I can't believe they went to the rubber imprint of the medallions. Could they save that much money by not using the medallions?

Now I have to find a SB snub nose N frame in .357 for the Magna grips. I already have a Tyler grip adapter for K & N frame. Just waiting for the right host to come along.

The medallion hogues were around for 629-3 and 29-5 Classics which had a round butt. If you want to sell them shoot me a PM

Any snub nose N frame isn't going to be a square butt. You would probably look for a 4 inch 28 or something like that for Magna grips.

Bummer, I guess I need to trade the N frame Magnas for maybe some J frame RB I can use or something. I've streamlined my wheel gun collection to snub nose revolvers. The exception being the 327.
