Picked up my first handgun today - M&P9C

After going back and forth on the Shield, then it really not even being a relative option unless I want to get behind the masses..I went ahead and picked up the Compact.

Can't wait to get it to the range!

It looks good. I can't wait until I get a compact. All the full size does is make you want a smaller one, and all a compact does is make you want a bigger one. But they belong together LOL.

Welcome to the forum. The 9c is a great gun and fun to shoot. I have both the 9c and the Shield and they are both great.

Welcome. Good choice. The more I shoot mine the better I like it. I like the 9c over the shield because it isnt much bigger or heavier and holds more rounds and can use 17 round full size mags.

Congratulations!!! Now all you need are some stippled grips from A2Stippling. I got mine last week and shot 300 rounds in 30 degree weather with no loss of grip.
