I’m sure there is a place in Vegas where you could get a pink set lined with fake fur for comfort.
When the late Marvin Zindler (of Chicken Ranch fame) was a deputy sheriff in Harris County, he carried a set of Smith and Wesson handcuffs that were pink and fur lined. Always an attention hound even before he went on TV he used them quite regularly. IIRC he was assigned to the DA's office as an investigator on consumer and other fraud issues.

I can see that carrying pink ones would kind of guarantee that you get yours back.
I engraved my initials on mine and memorized the ssn. 191708. Retired three years ago, turned them in, carried them for 20 years. We had a clown that carried pink cuffs, it was funny for the first day or so. Used the cuffs multiple times a day at the super-max, I would recommend Peerless. I do prefer the S&W key though.

My niece married a Cop. 👍
In addition to their wedding gift, I might include a set of Peerless pink handcuffs for her.
Are these a decent set?
Thanks.
As a retired cop I got comments.

Is your niece a cop? Why does she need pink cuffs?

Now you got to remember that the Law Enforcement community is very mucho. A gift of pink handcuffs will insult 50% of male cops. The other half will get it, less likely to be misplaced and such.

As an Investigator I would occasionally wear a pink tie to support breast cancer awareness and you won’t believe how immature some cops are. JMHO and YMMV.

What's next? Pink bullets? Maybe they will not hurt as much.

Oh come on Cajun, grow a set ! Put them on the pistol and go to the range. If anyone says anything show them your newly purchased pink handcuffs. They’ll probably walk away briskly. If they don’t you might get a dinner invite out of it ! 🤡
Absolutely. The Mrs. as a joke bought me a Hello Kitty lunch box. WOW, was she ticked off to find I took it to work. The only comment I got from the other guards was nice lunch box. What they said behind my back, if anything, ain't my concern.

When I started work at the pipe mill, I carried my lunch in a Playmate. But that's big for a lunch box - it's designed to hold 18 beers.

I was in Big Lots one day and they had Playmate Jr on sale. Much smaller. Designed to hold a six-pack.

But it was pink! But it was a dollar!!

So the next day when I show up at work with my brand new pink lunch box, one guy made a comment and I told him, "I am secure enough in my masculinity to carry a pink lunch box. Are you worried about yours?"

Worked there three more years. Nobody else ever said a word.

I can't remember which agency it was, but there was a correctional facility that used different colors for different cell blocks. IIRC, it held both pre trial and post trial "residents" and they wanted to track who was supposed to be where.

Worked with a guy that carried a pink Taurus snubby...lots of comments until he told us all to come to the range with him and bring our wallets and he would put it against our sidearms ANY day and make us his female canines.

He owned no other firearms and carried 158 RN ammo ib his belt loops.

I didn't take him up on it nor did anyone else. He never got another comment.

"Come here and let me give you a kiss" I'd have chased than fellow all over the yard, or at least till I run out of breath or fell over laughing.

S&W made a line of cerakote colored handcuffs for a while- probably around 15 years ago. Pink was one of the color offerings. I didn't realize they were discontinued until this thread made me look them up.
At the time, the thought was agencies could color code, or make it easier to find your cuffs, or put tough guys in pink cuffs, etc. I suppose those weren't enough justification to keep them selling well and now the selection is back to nickel or blued.

When my daughter in law deployed to Iraq I gave her a pink self opening kershaw. At first she was offended that I gave her a girly knife.
After she had been there a while and lost the knife twice it had been returned by other soldiers who recognized her knife. She realized that there was a reason I chose that color.

I was bent over doing something one day and somebody come over the intercom saying something about my visible butt crack.

So I stood up and went over to the mic and blasted out over the entire mill - why are you staring at my ass?

Shut him up.
