Does anyone know if there is a replacement floor plate with a pinky finger rest for the shield 7 round mag. I like the size of the grip with the 7 rounder just wish to have someplace for my little finger to rest. The 8 rounder is just to long for a pocket carry.

Thanks for the info. Just ordered from Pearse. Wonder how long before S&W comes out with one.

Does that 7rd mag extender allow for a similar grip to the 8rd mag? I like the 8rd mag slightly better. Does it make that much of a difference between a stock 8rd mag? I'm planning on AIWB carrying.

What do most of you guys buy as extra mags, the 8 or the 7 rounders?

The extender helps. I still prefer the 8 rounder with the factory sleeve, as it provides a better grip for my hand. I carry an 8 rounder as an extra, but I removed the spacer sleeve from it, so there is no chance for it to hinder the mag seating during a reload.

Makes sense. Use the 7 rounder for concealment then 8 rounders for back up cuz at that point if you have to reload it doesn't matter.

I'm waiting on my incog with mag caddy. So my next question is do most people carry 2 extra mags on their person or just 1? I'm thinking of carrying 1 extra and have maybe an extra in my car. Or do most people carry 3 total on their person?

NDZ is the only way i'd go.

They are aluminum and replace the original mag plate. Well worth the money.

Saw the NDZ ones, but they come to about $25 with shipping if I recall. I'll try this type first, but the NDZ does look real nice.

NDZ is worth every dollar. My ole lady made a comment similar to urs. Now she has been using hers for a few days, she agrees with me.

This item ships FREE. It says so on their site.

Got my Pearce, love it. I can't see how the NDZ is worth double, but that's my opinion.

I'll never go back to Pierce after going to NDZ. Kind of like i'll never go back to 5.56 after going to .300 BLK.

I have both, the NDZ is a higher quality but the Pearce flows better with the gun.
