Yes, absolutely. It will be great for the range and good price... Extractor rod doesn't look like it has too much wear.
Some cosmetic wear but who cares at $400.00? Check mechanics and bore and go from there.

A pinned 15 with original grips is a very desirable gun. If it's in good mechanical condition I'd offer $350 + tax. If they say "no" but $400 includes tax I'd take it home...

Actually the pawn shop told me they would sell it at $360 out the door, tax included. That's about $333+tax.
