Pistol grips for S&W 916A

Greetings and Salutations!

Was wondering if you guys could help me out. My Uncle has an old model 916A Pump shotgun. He destroyed the stock trying to refinish it and needs to replace it.

I found unfinished ones at: gunpartscorp.com, but was wondering if anyone makes pistol grips for this shot gun?

Pistol grip stocks for a Model 916 is kind of like lipstick on a pig! I'm not aware of any commercially made for this model, but a pistol grip stock for another brand of shotgun could probably be adapted to a 916. A custom maker can always make you whatever you can afford, but for a 916 it would cost much more than the gun is worth and probably more than you could buy a new Remington or Mossberg, with a pistol grip. Ed.
