New season of Dr Who started today.
I've been a Whohead for at least 25 years, (or was it 987?).
Good starting episode for this year, Daleks, Amy is still a hottie, Rory is still the whipping boy, and the plots still scramble simple folks mind's.
No, Smith is not my favorite, but he does do a decent job.

I am a Whovian from the ORIGINAL series on PBS. Tom Baker is was the best DR. I watched some of the newer series only for Billie Piper

Yaay for Doctor Who!!! Tom Baker and Louise Jameson (Leela) made the best pair ever. I loved their sly jokes picking at each other. Billie Piper was real darlin too. Too bad PBS doesn't still carry the series. None of our local channels carry the Doctor and we don't even want cable.

I saw the title and immediately thought of my cousin, Nancy, my Grandparent's farm, the mid-fifties, and a lesson I learned in a big closet in the old house.
