Lots of Smiths and others for sale. Sales will be final. No returns. I’ve sold to other decent forum folks here in the past. Payment can be via: usps money order, venmo, and zelle. I’ll ship UPS Ground as an individual and send photo of drivers license. Some of the items are C&R eligible. Forum rules apply. The first “I’ll take it” followed by a PM gets it.
_***SOLD LOCAL***Smith 686 no dash with “M” stamp. 4 inch barrel. Grips are non original target K/L frame and have a chip missing on rear bottom of one of the backstraps. This gun had a yoke which I noticed had forward and rearward wiggle room, so I sent it to the Mothership letting them know to do whatever was necessary to bring this gun up to spec. They replaced the cylinder and stud and replaced the hammer nose. The original parts were returned with the gun and are included here. The repair and non original parts obviously decreases collector value. However this is a solid well operating 686 no dash for whoever needs it. ***SOLD LOCAL***
***SOLD LOCAL***K-38 Combat Masterpiece 5 screw model. Non original service stocks probably jay scott. It has an exceptionally smooth action that I’ve found more on guns post WW2 through early 1960s. Has bluing wear on the barrel and a small dent near where the yoke goes into the frame on the front strap. See photos. This does not at all affect function. Has a target hammer and standard trigger. *** SOLD LOCAL***
***SOLD***Smith 31-1 flat latch with 4 inch barrel. The barrel has a little bluing wear near the end. The side plate has some light freckles on the bluing but are not scratches. The stocks are non original and are also jay scott I’m pretty sure. Shoots to the fixed sights with my Lee 93gr LSWC over 2.5gr bullseye.***SOLD***
Smith 38 M&P post war S Prefix. This is one has the original matching serial magna stocks. The barrel has some bluing wear. There’s also a patch of bluing wear on the cylinder see photo. Long action hammer is smooth as butter typical of post WW2 K frames. ***closed***
Smith 32 Hand Ejector snub I-Frame. I’m pretty sure it’s the generation just prior to the “pre mod 30”. Front sight has a ding at the base of the front of the blade see photo. Stocks are non original and based serial would belong to a pre WW2 I-Frame. Previous owner scratched R and B on the grip frame under the stocks see photo. This particular gun shoots about 1 foot low at 25yds with my handload 93gr LSWC with 2.5gr bullseye. Windage is good though for that load. These little I-Frame snubs are hard to locate. ***closed***
A Brace of 32 Hand Ejectors with 4 1/4” barrel. Selling as a pair. The finish on the nickel gun is fairly worn as seen in photos. The blued gun has a scratch area on the left side above the trigger and a line indent on the left side frame in front of the barrel pin see photos. Bores on both guns have some pitting… the blued has very little pitting while the nickeled has more pitting. This does not affect accuracy in my hands and both shoot to the sights with 2.5gr bullseye using a 93gr LSWC. The blued gun has original stocks while the nickeled gun has poor fitting aftermarket plastic stocks. Both are decent shooters. The blued gun has the newer square rear sight notch while the nickeled gun has the older rounded rear sight notch. ***closed***
***SOLD***32 SW Long M&P 5 inch. Very collectible gun. I’ve enjoyed it for a season but would rather shoot a cheaper alternative than keep such a collectible gun. The finish has some wear along the end of the barrel, on the top strap, and on the cylinder. Grips are not original though they are the ones that came with the gun when I got it and fit the gun well. All mechanics check out well on this gun. Good timing and lockup. Bore is clean with no rust or pitting. Shoots to sights using pet load 2.5gr bullseye with Lee 93gr lead bullet. Not many 32 Long M&Ps out there! ***SOLD***
***SOLD LOCAL***686-6 with 5” barrel, unfluted 7 shot cylinder. Part of the 3-5-7 series of 686+ guns that S&W put out. Cylinder has some holster wear which can clean up very easily. Otherwise like new. Good timing and lockup.***SOLD***
***SOLD***S&W 4516 no dash with three 7rd mags. Good condition. Rear sight had some rust which I cleaned off mostly. Solid little 45 acp 3rd gen semi-auto.***SOLD***
Argentinian 9mm Hi-Power with one mag and extra pachmayr grips. Previous owner applied what appears to be cerakote to frame and slide. Finish worn just in front of ejection port. Front sight has ding but solid with clear square sight picture. Decent crisp SA trigger not heavy even with magazine disconnect safety still intact. Solid hi-power shooter.***closed****
