Please give advise on IWB and OWB for new shield 9mm.

IWB I use a kydex holster from PJ Holster. OWB a DeSantis Mini Scabbard Holster. Always use a sturdy belt.

I am looking at the same, except I am looking at alternate carry options. I don't want to remove anything when going to the bathroom, I need something when I run, and I also wear dresses frequently. But I like the idea of a custom holster not one size fits many/most.

IWB - Crossbreed or any other good hybrid. Super comfy.
OWB - Hays Leather. Jeff makes good stuff at a reasonable price and delivery.

I hardly carry OWB anymore. IWB is more concealable and almost as comfortable.

Inside I wear the Multiholster inside tuckable kydex, and outside I wear the DeSantis Mini Scabbard. I wear IWB most of the time, but around the house I like an OWB. The Multiholster is very comfy and fits exactly as it should, and the Mini Scabbard is exactly what I want when concealment is not required. In the winter, I prefer an OWB when wearing a jacket. Just my opinion.

My crossbreed is shipping much faster than I thought it would. The day prior to getting the notification saying that it was ready to be sent out their door, I placed an order for a Desantis mini scabbard to hold me over. Looks like I'll have both around the same exact time.

I've never carried OWB before, so I'm pretty excited for that option to be available to me when I'm around my house/yard, and hiking in the area. Life is good. New shield is in my possession, and 2 new holsters should be here within a week.

Thanks for everyone's input. This has been very helpful. Great to see some ladies on the forum and doing ccw as well. My Glocks are jealous of my shield but I'm trying to make sure that they all just chill out and get along !
