Going through some odds & ends.

I'm assuming these are all aftermarket magazines for the Model 39 but not being an expert I haven't a clue.

No S&W stamp.

One has the plastic follower the other 3 are flat metal followers.

Thanks in advance for any and all info.

The one with the plastic follower is 100% a factory Model 39/39-2 magazine (notice the line of spot welds going down the LH side; that's one thing I look for).
The others I couldn't say. I don't know what the early Model 39 magazines look like, but I believe I read somewhere that the original followers were flat metal, then switched to the metal X style, before ending with the plastic variety like the magazine you have on the left.

The one with the shorter floor plate and plastic follower is definitely a S&W 39-2 or 439/539 magazine. The other three, I'm not sure. My first guess was they were made by ProMag

The plastic follower is S&W post A200000. The other three flat followers are
aftermarket. The floor/base plate is all wrong. So is the mag body.
Sorry, not the rare first model mags.

I believe the metal follower magazines are Pro-Mag. I have one that looks exactly like the three, with the extended floorplate and a metal follower. For what it's worth, it works fine as a range magazine in both of my Model 639s.

Mag ID, Model 39?

The first mag having the "nylon" follower doesn't have an S&W-marked floor plate. I just checked one of my fairly late, late M39-2s (A747181) and still emblazoned upon the bottom (floor plate) was a roll-stamped "S&W" that started hanging around pretty much about the time the change from 39 to 39-2 got really rolling (something like circa A200k) but Ill differ to Bork on the roll stamp dealy.

The other three aren't in any ball bark of which I'm aware.

Later.
