Please pray for Cassie

We just received a call from the vet. Cassie has a problem with her pancreas. She might have cancer. I am not sure what to do. Thanks to all for your prayers. I will try to post a picture of her but I have been having trouble with my laptop. If I can't is there someone I can e-mail her picture to so everyone can see what a beauty she is? Thanks.

So sorry for you and Cassie, prayers and best wishes sent.

Prayers for Cassie but if the time comes please help her on her way and don't let her suffer. I know it will be hard but remember the good times. Another Oriental cat will need your loving home just as much.

Prayers for you & for Cassie. I hope you will receive guidance from above if & when you have to make that difficult decision.

I agree with BCDWYO. My cat was 20 years old when he died he was the best thing that ever happen to me. I made sure he was well taken care of he was a rescue from a abusive family that owned him before I did. For the last 5 months of his life he started having seizures some didn't last long until the last two weeks he started having hard seizures to where it takes him awhile to wake up and get well aware where he was. The day he died was the real bad seizure to where he never woke from he later died in my arms he was the nicest kitty anyone could ask for. Wipes a tear outta my eye he knew when I was hurting and I knew he was hurting.

Do what is best for Cassie and make sure it is the right call for her and what she wants.

I'm a veterinarian and I deal with this type of situation quite often. I'm so sorry to hear of Cassie's troubles tlay. The advice I generally give to people, is that they will know when the quality of life of their pet has diminished to a point where euthanasia is the best option. The key tlay is YOU will know, and I'm sure you will always do the right thing by Cassie. You cannot put a price on those few extra precious days you have with her, but if/when she is truly suffering, then she would probably want you to let her go. It is one of the most heart wrenching things we as humans have to do for our beloved pets, and never easy, but ultimately it may be your final act of kindness for Cassie. Good luck and prayers to both of you my friend.

My prayers go out for your loving pet

I just lost the first abandoned kitten I brought home I found dumped in the woods. After a $300 vet Bill she died a week later we think from old age. She would let you pet her on her terms. Everywhere you went she went too. She is in the family pet plot now.

I lost the big gal love of my life my 145lb female rottie last year. She passed away in my wife's arms. She would talk to you if you petted her. We would sit there and howl together. I miss seeing her laying in my wife's flower bed. She loved McDonald's plain cheeseburgers and ice cream cones. They all knew that red and white bag.

Once I feel good again I'm going to get another female rottie pup and give all the love I gave my roxy. These are awesome pets when there treated right. My whole family loved roxy after all they all grew up with her. They all showed up the day she passed to show there respects. I still miss them today.

SHE IS HOME!!!! Picked her up this morning. She is doing great. They don't know about the cancer. They said they would have to do surgery to find out. I won't put her through that. She is sitting on my lap giving me hell about leaving her there for 3 days.
Your prayers worked! Thanks to all for your kind words. You guys are great.
