Put Plinker tactical (note the correct spelling) in the search window. There are at least three long threads on the subject.

I don't have any first hand experience with them but the reviews seem hit or miss. Some people have issues others do not. It seems like the newer ones might have gotten the bugs worked out. I'm tempted to give one a go if my Promags don't ship soon.

Well I should've done research first because:eek: I just recieved 2 today and right out of the package, never loaded, never in a mag well these look really shotty. The back spine, and all the way across the bottom are already split. The largest crack on the bottom near the back spine is .030 (checked with feeler gauge), the split on the spine goes up about 7/16 of an inch and is .024 wide.
If I owned that company this stuff wouldn't make it out the door. And now I see the top on fwd end has also come unwelded

Doh! That's no good! Well I don't want to try them anymore I guess. I hope they make things right for you.

Bought 1 just to see for my self and it just arrived today. Out of the package I do not have that gap problem. It will be several days before I can try it. Will let you all know.

I'm going to contact them tomorrow and ask for a return shipping label and a credit to my card.
I just noticed something, I was curious because the molded plastic pkg of the one I took pics of just fell open. I just checked the other one and it is stuck good like we are all used to seeing. This makes me think at least the open one has already been returned and then pawned off on me, no proof just saying.........
Thanks for your report

I know there are a couple pretty long forums on these mags already but most of them are dead and off the first page so I'm just going to post in this one.

How long did it take for you guys to receive them?
I ordered 3 of them and a load assist yesterday straight from PT and got an email this evening from UPS saying they have created the label for the package and the estimated date of delivery is Friday.
( I live in Ohio )

Anyways, when i get mine i will test them all and post back on here once i get a chance to shoot with them.

i ordered on last week on Monday had it by Thursday haven't been able to shoot with it yet but i will be tomorrow. looks great no cracks loaded easily will repost about performance tomorrow night...

Well maybe i will actually receive them on Friday then. I hope so. UPS and FedEx's original "expected delivery date" aren't always right but i ordered mine on Tuesday so if they take as long to get to Ohio i will have them Friday.

Thanks for the timeline.

I guess I'm fortunate to have not order more than I did.
No replys to multiple emails, no answer and voice mail on phone number from shipping label (classy huh) Now I see on their return policy I am liable for shipping back, 10% re-stock fee on their trash to screw another fool like me, BUT!!!! NO RETURNS ON OPEN PKGS

Well heck, one was already open when I received them.
Very shady outfit here:mad: I will just have to eat these, probably try to fuse their junk back together with a soldering iron

Try a little epoxy and some type of clamping device.

While 35 rounds seems enticing for a while, I kind of wonder how well these would perform if they were cut down to say, 15-20 rounds or so? I know there's a tutorial on how to cut 25-round S&W mags down to 10-round shorties. Not saying it's worth the money to try it, but I'd love to know if it works. (And works better with reduced round count.)

Duct tape fixes everything! Well.... almost!

You could even go high class and use the camo duct tape. lol

Yea I had decided on 5 min opoxy, that stuff is good.
BTW when I worked on helicopters, we would duct tape down accelerometer wires on the outside of the ship all the time :D

Just got back from the range trying out my new pinker mags. The first one was great 35 rounds no problem the next two mags I tried jammed every time I tried them reloaded the first mag and same problem it doesn't feed right tried different ammo and same thing. Sending them back tomorrow wouldn't buy them again don't waste your money on them they are junk. The s&w mag worked great.

Saw these mags in local gun store, eyes almost bulged out. Haven't heard of these before, so they really caught my attention. Hope to test mag tomorrow, if weather isn't too bad. There were 6-7 more there, and after reading this thread, I'm glad I didn't get more.

LGS had about 30 of these mags yesterday. I almost bought a few. With the mix of success and failures, I'm not too sure I want to risk my money.
