High Gloss Blue for me, - But I also really like the matte blue finish of the Highway patrolman.

Most of my sidearms are stainless for easy maintenance but I prefer a high polished blue finish for it's beauty. My Colt DS has such a deep, beautiful blue finish that I marvel at the craftsmanship every time I handle it. My blued Smiths aren't too shabby either...

I am a high gloss blue fan. Always have been. A factory perfect deep blue finish can't be beat.

To echo what others have said before, high gloss blue for collecting and stainless for shooting.

But there is something about nickle with stag grips that really catches the eye.

Hi gloss blue for me. SS to cold. Nickle, warm and fuzzy, but too hard to clean.
