An update. I went to the range yesterday to test out the effects of the backstraps on accuracy. I used the same ammo that gave me and my daughter so many problems the 1st time out. This time... zero failures of any kind. But... it was just me shooting. I'm 90% convinced now that the 1st day problems were due to lack of cleaning & lubing. I need to get my daughter to try it too, to see if it's reliable with her shooting.
