Portable gun rack plans?

I need a portable gun rack to hold 10-12 rifles/shotguns for gun shows.

Something reasonably stable or such that I can C-clamp it to the table

Anyone have plans?

Is there a really great one out there available to buy?

Try...

making a round one. Two discs of 3/4" plywood, 1/2" steel pipe and the appropriate size/holes for display. Add some rubber wheels. If you put a lazy susan plate on it, you can turn the rack to display the guns. Hardware stores, Harbor Freight or your local HD or Lowes should have all the parts.
