Posting data with photos

I have an 11-page item (Word file) with photos. When I copy and paste to this forum, the text transfers but not the accompanying photos. Since it is saved to my documents, I'd really hate to try and rebuild it here. Any help is appreciated... use small words please as I'm not a computer nerd.

You have to upload the photos. Depending on how many photos, it can take a little bit of time.

Us Word to save the file as a PDF instead of a Word document, then try posting.

It attaches as a download. It will work, but won't show up in the browser here, apparently.

Copying and pasting from the PDF doesn't work either. Only the text shows up.

It showed up fine in my browser 2021 Ford Bronco specs, with picture included. You need to have your browser set to show PDFs. Otherwise, you can download it and open with Adobe or some other PDF viewer.

I think your issue is that when you attach a file to your post, and choose "insert," you need to choose "full image" so the whole thing shows up in your post rather than something we all need to click on to see.

Are the pictures in the OP's document embedded or linked? Common thing with Word is that it defaults to using links to the picture files on your computer. When uploading those links will almost certainly fail.

Converting the Word file to PDF is the way to go. I can see everything in the PDF Dennis posted using Firefox.

Thank you all. I fiddled with the word file and somehow got it converted to a PDF. It worked!

Copy and paste the wording then attach your pictures. Most forums like this will not copy pictures along with wording in a copy and paste. If need be number your pictures so you can refer to the picture and associate it with the point you are trying to make.
