Man, that was fast! Four days from telephone order to delivery!!! The stag grips arrived this afternoon (Saturday). They are even more beautiful on my blued Model 29-2 6-1/2 inch than in your photos. What is more, I like the way you made them thicker in the midriff than conventional panel grips. I have a pair of elephant ivories by Don Collins on my blued Model 57 8-3/8 inch, and yours are noticeably thicker; there is a noticeable palm swell that fills my hand just right. Even with “target” loads, .44s can be a handful, and so this ability to get really good purchase on the revolver is a priority for me. I have small hands for a man, but your grips are perfect. Short enough front to back to permit me to get my fingers all the way around the front strap without reach, yet full enough because of the palm swell to really leave no voids in my grip.
The gun was 99% before; now, it looks to me like 143%. At least! Another more than satisfied customer!
