Prayer request For my Dad

We'll pray for your Dad tonight at our Wed night prayer mtg, just put him in the Lords hands, He is always concerned about his children, thanks for sharing, it is so encouraging to me to see how many of us do pray. Blessings on you as well for making intercession for your Dad. Billy

Keep the faith. Improvement is possible and even perhaps to be expected when you have the force of the good people here responding to your understandable concern.

Sometimes cranberry juice helps also. It helps restore the ideal ph level. And if he is on one of the high acid soda pops (phosphoric acid) probably time to kick the habit.

Get everything done right then continue to pray.

I will also pray he survives the hospital diet. Those of us allergic to wheat do not do well in hospitals.

I find it very humbling to see this kind of request. And it's also very refreshing to see strangers lending out moral support in the form of empathy and uplifting prayer requests to God for help. For some people that's a hard thing to ask for.

I pray that all works out for your dad.

Dad called again while i was in the shower, he is on an IV with a special medicine to help with his urinary problem and he has been peeing very well, The doctors also found out he has some blood around the perimeter of his heart and he is being treated with blood thinner medicine. Thank you for your prayers and kind words.

UPDATE: Dad called early this morning he is going to be seen by a kidney specialist today and a heart doctor, also the IV Medicine he started last night which has been helping him with his peeing problem has been working very well and he has been up and down almost all night peeing.
 
Another Update: Dad had a kidney test today at the hospital and the doctors suspect he may have a kidney infection but they are NOT 100% certain. Thank you for your kind words and prayers. MY family and i appreciate them very much.
 
Still praying. Did the docs say if it was treatable?

timen8er: They have dad on some medication to help him pee since he was having trouble with that. and he has been peeing really well and the doctors think that will help with the infect that they suspect that he has in his kidneys.
 
Mom came home from the hospital a few minutes ago and told me that dad is going to have a biopsy on his kidneys tomorrow. Thank you again for all of your prayers and kind words.
 
Prayers still coming for you and your dad and your family. It sounds like it is going well now and that they have a handle on the problem. Best wishes.

UPDATE: Dad had his kidney biposy yesterday and we have to wait for the results, Today he has to have a 24 hour urine test. basically for the next 24 hours the hospital has to measure dad urine output.

UPDATE: Mom called a few minutes ago dad got the results of his kidney biopsy, His right kidney is not filtering properly. But thankfully its not life threatening. Thank you so much for your prayers and kind words my family and i appreciate them very much.
 
UPDATE: Dad's right arm and right hand are still swelled up but that is due to his right kidney still not filtering correctly but to quote his doctors "we are getting to the bottom of this".
