My son was nearly trapped at a campground a few years ago. They ruined three pickups getting out. There was no rain at their location.

My wife and I were riding the Harley in that section of Arkansas on Friday. A very scenic part of the state. Anyway, we cut part of our ride short Friday afternoon and headed towards Hot Springs to find a motel room to wait out the storm. (iPhones with weather radar apps are wonderful things for travelers). Anyway, we just got checked in and I got the bike under cover with the the toad floater of a storm hit. This one was a bad deal . . . prayers out to the families involved.
