Guys I'm actively tracking a horrific forest camp fire in California. Death toll is now at 25, all burned alive. Please send knee mail if you can, I have family in California but they are safe. Thank you all!

We've family affected and been praying over the awful situation they face. For the fires north of LA, I've been monitoring the situation by live-streaming the local ABC news affiliate and their airborne helicopter coverage. They overlay maps and satellite data onto the camera feed for incredible detail.

Strong winds return there today.

Some of our local Texas forestry firefighters have been told to saddle up and get ready to head for California. Best wishes to all in this battle.

Prayer said that no more loss of life occurs and that the fires will soon be contained and put out.

Toll is up to 29 fatalities, and updated count of missing is now 228. Looks like the Camp fire will unfortunately set the record for deaths. It's now tied for the worst fire.
