Pre 36 Flat Latch

I came across what appears to be a late 50's vintage pre-36 flat latch on a local gun board. From the seller's photos it appears to be in 85%+ with original diamond grips and a Tyler T. The asking price is $300. Would that be a good price or about the going rate? I don't really need this gun, but it definitely caught my eye. I may contact the seller tomorrow.

Moderator, my apologies for posting the sale add. I didn't know any other way to post a picture with out the add.

I called the seller this afternoon and he was very nice. He has a Rossi snub that he's also selling and there's someone who's already interested. However, he told me he'd call me back if the deal with the other party falls through. I found out it is an early model 36, no a pre-36.
