Looking for an original box for my pre model 34, Model of 1953, 22/32 Kit Gun.
The original box was blue with metal corners, similar to later models but with 3 radiating lines connecting the logo on the upper left corner to the name Smith & Wesson Springfield, Mass on the lower right of the cover. The inside of the cover has English and Spanish instructions printed.
The white stick-on end label says:
"Line 1": Smith & Wesson,
"Line 2": Kit 22/32 Gun,
"Line 3": 2 inch Barrel Round Butt Blue Finish
The vintage of the box is ~1954 for this 4 digit serial number pre model 34. Please PM me if you have a box you'd like to sell. Thanks!
