I can offer some comments, but I can't directly answer your question.

Recently, several pre-WW2 kits guns that were shipped post-WW2 have come to
auction. There were at least two, and maybe three, in the most-recent
Rock Island Auction. Then, in the last, or second-to-last, Greg Martin auction,
there was another one.

One of the characteristics of these particular guns is that they were shipped to
significant people. The one in the Greg Martin auction went to Congressman Cecil
King in Los Angeles, in the early 1950's:

This one was shipped in March of 1953, and eventually was owned by Edward R Murow :

This is another one that I think was shipped post-WW2:

You will note that both of these have a pre-WW2 NRA front sight blade. Here is yet
another one that is engraved:

This one has a Patridge sight blade. The one that went to Congressman King also has
a NRA front sight blade.

All transitional models That I've seen have USRA frount sights forged to the barrel,no
patent dates and adress on right side of frame.
They seem to fewer of them than the pre war.
