I bought a sample of their HBWC without the match lube & loaded them up. The accuracy seemed good enough, but the lube was gooey. I had to wipe my fingers after each bullet I picked up, so I wouldn't gum up everything I touched. It made Remington WC's seem like a dream. Does anyone know if the match lube bullets are any easier to work with?

Thanks.

Don't know. But, if you switch to cast bullets you won't have the problem.

Yes indeed. The match lube on the PD 148gr HBWC I bought is some sort of mica powder lube, similar to the Hornady. Much easier to handle.

The match lube and Hornady use a wax emulsion (such as Rooster Jacket or AnchorSeal) and a dusting of fine powdered mice to prevent sticking.
Just so you know, if you aren't shooting the Remington's, you are giving up a lot of accuracy potential. I have not found ANY HBWC anywhere close to the accuracy of the Remington bullet--and they are very inexpensive if you can find them.
Who cares if the lube is messy if it works and the rounds are accurate.
