presentation box rehab

Is there a source for the refurbishment of the S&W presentation boxes?
Both of mine suffer from the failed blue lining. Can these be repaired to look as original?

Presetation Box rehab

Joe is the best. I set him a box for a 6 1/2 inch Model 29 that was in very bad shape. He did an amazing job. Looks better than new. You won't be disappointed.
