Presentation boxes for K-frames?

Other than special editions and commeratives and the odd Mod.53 , did S&W ever ship K-frames in or with presentation cases?

I never see any for sale.

A few (eight are known) Combat Magnums were shipped in blue presentation cases (56/57) and a few engraved Model 19s were shipped in mahogany presentation cases in the early 70s. I am not aware of any other K-frames being shipped with a presentation case.
