How do you tell the difference between a clamshell case and the others? Thanks Guys.

Clam shell case!
The clam shell case has preformed Styrofoam bottom and top liners, used from 1960-1969. The next type liners, 1969-1975, had a Styrofoam bottom with a foam rubber top. Many people use the clam shell case in the wrong manner, the gun pointing to the right. You will notice the bottom liner has finger reliefs around the tools. The top has none! This makes the gun point to the left when use correctly!
