Presentation Stocks

I'm not sure this thread belongs here, but I couldn't find an appropriate spot for conversations about grips. Feel free to move this thread if it's in the wrong place.

Check out the attached photo. Do these look like factory Smith and Wesson presentation stocks. I only have this photo to work from. When I get a chance to inspect them, how can I tell if they are factory Smith's or some other brand. From the washers?

They look to be factory to me. Some would argue that they are not technically "Presentation" grips, unless they have the large radius cutout on both sides (to show off the decorative side plate often found on presentation guns). They are, however smooth target stocks. It may just be the grip profile, but the RH grip shown in the picture appears to be chipped in the upper corner.

After taking another look, that's probably not a chip. Some grips fit the contour of individual guns better than others.

Girvin02, Thank you for the response. The photo is not very good, I would definitely give them a good look before buying them.
