Yep, the disease made it to Europe. This time the Moldovan president's dog nailed the Austrian president. It's funny that the Austrian claims to be a dog lover, because in the short clip that dog's body language is hinky before he got bit. I have a rule about waiting for the dog to come to me, rather than getting in its face, and I think it has served me well.
