Classic pistol, that's for sure. Box and papers? Or just the gun? I'd estimate $300 and up...that's in the midwest...probably more other areas...

I collect those, and Mint w/ box & papers, runs about 350.00 to 400.00 around this area. south west Ohio.

Many thanks for the information. In our area is this guns not a common weapon. The seller thinks about a pricerange of US$ 750.--. Anyway, I guess we had to talk and find a new pricerange together.

Here in California, w/o the box, papers and tools, the going price is between $350 and $375. With the box 'n stuff, prices range between $399 and $450.

Just ask me how I know...

These are nice handling pistols, comfortable to shoot, reliable and durable. Accuracy can vary, but with 115g FMJ 9x19mm you should be able to keep all shots in the 10/X ring out to 15m.

Bill- Disturbing, deeply disturbing. You fortunate SOB-4 M-39's. I hate (envy) you.

sdrct,

Here's a tip: tell your local dealers that you're interested in single-stack S&W 9mm's. Seems that because they're not hot sellers like the hi-cap 9mms, many dealers "work a trade" with other dealers for these. If your FFL thinks he has a buyer, he'll give you a call.
