Bought the primary arms m4 red dot. Got it quickly, and in the mounting process dropped it from the rail. The illumination\off knob broke off. My own carelessness, sent an email requesting repair info and cost.
Sent email sunday night. Monday morning got an email saying to send it back and it would be no chargen for repair..wow didnt expect that. After all it was my error.
They had it shipped back out within two days. Amazing support !!
