I just bought my second Primary Arms M4 site and had a little probem with it. I called them and I was told a new one would be shipped to today. The one being shipped back to them was on their dime. I don't know of many companies that would do this.
They will continue to get my business.

The scope I purchased from them was up to $50 more everywhere else I was searching ( Millett 1-4 x 24 DMS, Multi Coat Red-Dot Rifle Scope ). Price, customer service ... just another blow to the competition!

Actually, if a product is faulty I've found very few companies that will not pay for return shipping...
