There is always a fine line between feeling like we got raked over the coals and enjoying ourselves in our hobby. I guess each person has their own threshold. Personally I like to know I can keep shooting and that is more important to me than the cost of primers. Right? Wong? Only you can decide.

We reloaders are getting screwed . Two months ago I ordered from Target Sports a 5000 round case of CCI Mini Mag .22 LR ammo. It was delivered to my door for a total of 7.8 cents a round. A loaded round for 7.8 cents delivered. So why is it 10 cents for a pistol primer ?

Supply and demand but they are coming down and things will equalize. They always will despite nay sayers. Buy a lot (as in many thousands) when cheaper and plentiful so you don't get caught with your pants down . Learned that about in 1995

Granted the current shortage situation has lasted longer than the others, but this is either the fourth or fifth one since the mid-'90s.
