Prrice on 681

Saw a 681 on GA for $560, don't know much about the value of these guns, good price? I find myself intrigued...

Seems a bit on the high side. The 681 is a stainless fixed sight 4" .357 mag. I bought the blue version, the Model 581 last year for $400.

They are kind of a cool revolver, balance well, and not real common. If its in perfect shape with box...maybe its worth that much. Any chance you could talk them down a bit...

picked up a 681 for $415 july of last year. between april and august 2012 internet prices ranged from $345 - $505, condition being the main factor.

currently, the buying "frenzy" of ammo and firearms is in full vigor. be patient and you will be rewarded with a lower price.

Thanks for the responses, looks like Ill take a pass on this one. I guess it's all relative, prices are so high on everything, mid $500 dollars doesn't sound all that high. I should stay out of the market for awhile and look again in 6 months or a year
