Sorry for your loss. It was a year ago last week that I had to personally put down my best friend of 15 years. And that poem STCM really hit home. Man I miss that dog.

Some say dogs don't have a soul, I say those are people who have never owned a dog. I don't think man can have a better friend in the world. They greet you when you come home and are never unhappy to see us. They offer so much and ask for so little in return. If there isn't a place in heaven for a dog, I don't want to go.
