What is this sucker punch and run about ? I just heard about this yesterday that kids are punching you and running away.
Do i have the right to defend my self ?

It was titled as "The Knockout Game" when it was first shared on this Forum. The question as to your being able to defend yourself depends on the state laws within state where it occurs. I hope someone will come along and provide a link for your viewing pleasure if you haven't had the opportunity to see it before!

Yeah. It also goes by the name "Polar Bear Hunting" in some areas. If this is the way things are going, it's a sad situation all around.

Unfortunately, I think the trend will probably increase and spread into different areas until more of the targeted "Polar Bears" turn around become the hunter instead of the hunted, like the man in Lansing, Michigan, who opened up on the guy who tried to zap him with the taser.

Most of the media is blatantly ignoring the violent and potentially deadly game....but that will all change quickly if and when a few of the attackers are put in their place by an armed and alert citizen who just wanted to survive.

I agree....Just the very fact that there is so much publicity in the various medias about it,I foresee an increase in it's occurrences.
We all know the overwhelming need for that 15 minutes of fame or notoriety.
