Here is the 1977 Colt I picked up a couple weeks ago.
That is glare from the Texas sun...not a mark on the old Colt.
Price I could not pass..($700otd) but it had pachmeyers on it.
I knew Colt grips were thru the roof but I scored a like new pair from
a forum member here...Thanks "Skeezix"... Don't know remember when
I bought the old Lawrence rig but it made a neat match.

Though those original Python grips look good , I just can't shoot with them. My hands simply don't fit. Got Hogues on my Python.

i too recently picked up a 4"python...they do shoot well

Gotta love the Python. My 6" is the most accurate centerfire handgun that I have ever shot, and at my age I have shot a bunch.

You're welcome

Those handles look much better on your gun than they did in my grip box. And we kept 'em in Texas! :D

Very nice gun/holster set.

Fantastic looking Python. You stole that gun at $700 in todays Python market. Enjoy the snake.
First handgun I ever bougt was a 4 inch Python. Sold it many years ago. Foolish move.
